Also, she was the host of It's Showtime, an afternoon variety show (2009-2020). The show also featured her as host during the evening (2009-2010) Curtis is the daughter Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina native to Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith who is an Australian attorney. Born in Yarrawonga in Victoria, Australia. Her father was married to Ojales at the age of 22 in 1982. Jasmine was her sister younger than her. She is also an actress. Their father's side were half-sisters with a name Clare who died in 2007 of a cardiovascular disease at 4 months of age.
